All over the place. I highly recommend Bobo’s in Fontana I believe if not Rancho Cucamonga, one of those.
But yeah, I actually got my green short bob at Hot Topic, and my red curled one at a hair shop at the swap meet, and my straight black one at Bobo’s. I’m planning on buying a straight pastel pink one this Christmas. It’s fun. People think wigs are disgusting and inhumane, but I believe it being whomever I want to be. I love having alter-egos. It allows me to be 10x better at something. When I put the red one on, that is the wig I wear to the studio in recording sessions as MONY because she’s a famous raptress and singer. When I wear the green one, I’m a Tokyo bitch. When I wear the black one, I’m a sweet innocent little girl.
It sounds corny, but all of these little practices I do teach me to really express empathy and adapt to any and everyone’s personalities. This allows me to look one way and say, “Good morning, Colonel Pinkerton,” but go home and be like “What up my nigga” hahaha. I’m really just analyzing you and entering your aura so I can offer you utter chemistry.
